Table level ACLs always have precedence in top of field level ACLs.

bernyalvarado mate correct me if i am wrong.

As per my understanding Field level ACL takes precedence over Table level.

Record ACL rules are processed in the following order:

• Match the object against field ACL rules.
• Match the object against table ACL rules.

Nop. The table takes precedence. Please note that in the below diagram if the Field ACLs evaluates as Pass then it still evaluates the Table ACLs the ones may not grant access to the record/field.
