Hi
I am working for a customer who would like to set up territories for their Field Service Management.
However when I try to enter the "Territory Planning Console" I get this message:
I can't figure out what I have to do to get access. I have admin/security admin role in the instance so I don't know what else I would need. Maybe I just missed something..

Might be you are missing the requried role to configure this. Please provide ahat role or check the ACL.

Hi everyone,
If this information is still useful to someone:
To access the Territory Planning Console, ensure that your user has the sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_read role. This role allows you to view the Console.
If you also need to create territories, make sure your user has the sn_fsm_tp.fsm_territory_planner role.
