Hi @ShwetaS ,

Step-1: Please Go to the form designer and select Field Types tab and select the desired field type from list

Step-2: Drag that desired field type to form layout in form designer

Step-3:Click on gear icon that is next to desired field and give the name as per your need 

Step 4- Click on save button at the top

Now the changes will be reflected to actual form

Hi @ShwetaS ,

when you’re in a form where you want to add/edit/remove a field, right click the header of the form and go to the form designer. Here you can add/edit/remove fields from the form.
