Hi all,
Wondering if i can seek some assistance with an issue i have encountered. I am trying to add the field, Incident Type to the new record menu in the Agent workspace but unable to. The field is shown below;
I'm trying to add the field to the menu, here;
Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Hi Andrew,
Have you added this filed to the Workspace view? If not then you need to add it to this view so it will appear on the Agent Workspace.
You can do this by using Form Layout
Or by using Form Design
Just remember that this view must be edited in the ITSM Workspace scope.
