Fill PDF Form with Values of Fields and Variables

Hi, 

we use the Solution like in this Post:

but we still facing this Issue:

We know that could be because of iText Version?

My Question is, does someone knows if there is a Solution for that GeneralPdfUtils() Include.

OR

is there another Option to fill a existing PDF Form in current ServiceNow Versions?

For Example:

We attache the PDF Form to the ITEM.

Capture the Attachments SYS ID in a Property

And can fill this PDF Form with Values of the RITM
