Filters are not visible when searching on service portal

Hello All,
Our platform is having this issue after upgrade where the filters are no longer visible. You can still select them and hover over them, so I believe there is an issue with the font or background but can not find where to edit this. I right click and open the widget but it is only a search widget and does not have the filter as an option to edit. Please see the photo below as any information can help. Thank you!

Would the issue be present in the CSS script or the html? I am unable to see where the font and background color are set in the script.
