You can search in Global search it will directly open up the matching Chg Req. Then update the assignment group.

Search CHG0000001 in Global search it will directly open the Change Request.Then you can update the assignment of the Change Request to Beth Anglin in the Software group.(Check attached screenshot)

Hi Kumar,I have got your question.
In "Global Search" type your change Request Number and then enter,After that set Assignment group as "Software"  and Assigned to as "Beth Anglin".
