Hi all,
Has anyone else noticed issues with Flow Designer since updating to Zurich, if using Firefox?
In Chromium browser (Edge, Chrome) it's fine, but in Firefox there's missing SVG icons, and misaligned buttons when expanding flow steps.
I've tried on two instances (PDI, and one of our sub-prods), cleared browser caches, and tried two different versions of FF (144 and 145). Disabling all extensions (SN Utils, uBlock) makes no difference either. Also tried flow designer 28.1.8 and 28.1.9...
Regards,
Matt

Hi @Matt Warwick,
it something works ok in 2 browser while not working in another, there's not much to do except of avoid using that browser ://
But one thing that you can try but it's hit or miss, check the Firefox whether there are browser extensions and try to deactivate/remove them (or retry in incognito).
Because I remember that Chrome with a particular extension was causing issues and it was difficult to debug because the very same browser without that extension worked all ok. I'm not a fan of Chrome and thus not remembering what extension was it or other details... it might be similar but doesn't necessarily need to be.
Let me know if you have any progress

I have run into issues using firefox in the past, mainly with actions in flow designer. You have tried most of the things I would recommend.
I would double check your content blocking under privacy and security settings. Also check that the component files have the correct attributes needed by Firefox.
If none of that works, the only other thing I could think of is to play around with the flags. Be careful here because you could easily open yourself up to security risks. You get there by going to about:config in the url.
I wish I could be more helpful, but you would probably need to create a case with Now support. Firefox is one of their officially supported browsers for Zurich.
