First name and last name initials appearing in the headder of the instance

hi everyone,

the initials appearing in the header of the instance takes first letter of the first word and first letter of the last word ,in my case (ie jayaprakash,krishnakumar(it consultant))it shows 'JC'

it takes 'C' from consultant,i need the initials for my first and last name to appear is there any solution for this?

since bowman david is a employee his id displayed properly,but for other case it is taking first letter of consultant,this is the case for all other users who are consultant ,is ther any way i can fetch the first letters of the last name and first name only.

Hi Krishna,

The profile name takes first letter of first word and last word while you create a user record.It does not depend on first letter of last name .And it can not be updated.

In your name first letter of first word is 'K' and first letter of last word is 'C' , So its showing there 'KC'.
