Fix Add button in SOW related list

Hi,
I created a new field in sn_safe_story and I added an Add button in SOW related list. And I'm facing an issue where the records are not being attached to the Incident related list. Can someone help me. I would gladly appreciate your help.

I have attached an image of my client script for the button and the field that I created.
