Hello Community,

Users with Flow operator can not see the Related Link "Flow Context" in RITM. We have given the user the required role even the ITIL role too have checked all conditions are met like Flow Context for catalog item and Context in RITM are not NIL. All conditions are met still not sure why it is not visible in RITM.

Any Idea what i am missing.

Thanks

Hi,

Did you verify the flow got actually attached or not?

Did you verify flow is attached to the catalog item associated to this RITM?

Hi,

Yes I saw in RITM Flow Context was populated when the REQ was approved .As an admin i can see the flow context link in RITM form but the user cant see even he has operator role.

Thanks

Also we are using OOB Flow designer 'Service Catalog Item REquest'

Strange thing is i removed the whole condition in UI Action just to test if that is visible now without any conditions but weird still the user cant see. What could be wrong here NO IDEA

Thanks
