Flow designer advice on being able to trigger next catalog via 2 ways

Hi,

 

I needed advice on how to configure my flow designer so that the next catalog task can only be created if either the specific catalog item variable I created on the catalog task is set to yes or if the task state is set closed complete. I assume I would need to use a wait for condition to achieve this but how should I configure it?
