Hi all,
I am creating a custom flow in Flow Designer where I request approval of some group members for a Request record. I have created an action where at least one approval is required from each of the specified groups. Now, I want to ask for approval for only those users with 'itil' role, and present in the specified groups. Is there any way I can query the group and only ask for approval for specific members? I tried to use the sys_user_grmember table, but only Group or User can be added to the Ask for Approval action. Here's a screenshot of my Flow Action:
How can I add only users with 'itil' role to the Approvers?
