Flow designer context error

Hi All,

I have created a one small flow designer and attached it to one of the catalog items. 

After submitting the request, on RITM form when i click on flow context, I am getting below error message

"There was an error loading the execution details for this flow context" Please suggest me how fix this issue. Thank You!
