Hi Supriya,
flows, subflows get captured in an update set
Once done you can migrate the update set to UAT and it should be done
there are 2 ways to migrate update set

Hi Supriya,
Flows and sub-flows can be deployed through an update set only. If the flow is activated it will automatically capture in the update set.
Please mark the response as Helpful/Correct, if applicable. Thanks!
Thanks,
Nikita

Hi Supriya,
If you haven't captured the changes please do create an update set and move the changes from default update set to the one created. You can mark it as complete and export it as an xml and import that xml in prod or else you can retrieve that update set in prod directly if you have that option.
Thanks,
Abhi
