Hi,
We have integrated our ServiceNow with Azure AD, In flow we used OOB Actions like lookup users, add user to group, so in one of the OOB action we are getting this log
"Flow Designer: Error extracting request metadata: java.io.IOException: JSONObject["value"] not found"
can you please help us to resolve this issue.
Thanks,
Asish

Hi @Asish17,
Can you share the configurations of each Action in the Flow designer and where the issue is happening?
Some screenshots would be good.
Cheers

The configuration looks fine, have you tried testing the Is User in Group action?
Below is just an example of another Flow Action.
I don't have the Azure AD Spoke installed in my PDI, but can you check if it works with the same input as the Flow execution?
If it works fine, something must be wrong in your Flow.

@Asish17 You might have an easier time with Unito's no-code integration for Azure DevOps and ServiceNow. Here's a step-by-step guide on how to sync ADO work items to records with 2-way updates.
