Flow Designer - How to perform Error Evaluation on empty String field

I am looking to configure Error Evaluation when the following occurs:

None of the conditions found here seem to allow me to accomplish this:

I am looking for something similar to the "Is Blank?" transform function found here (only available on Input Pills) Is there any way to accomplish this? I am specifically wondering how to generate an error when a specific output variable is empty.

Please set Don't Treate as Error checkbox false in that action of that flow .

This kinda goes against what I am trying to accomplish - I do want this treated as an error. Thank you for the reply though.
