Flow Designer is Not Triggering

Hello team,

My flow is not triggering automatically; it only activates when I click on the test button.

 

Task : When a user responds to the service desk with an attachment, the file should be attached to the corresponding ticket, and the email body text must be captured in the additional comments section of that ticket. Currently, it is only triggering when I manually click on the test button in the flow.

Please review the attached screenshots for more details. I appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue.

Your trigger seems fine . 

Can you once again double check if the latest version of this flow is Published or Active ?

@vipinmathew  Thank you for your response. Yes, the flow is active, and I have verified its status. Is there an alternative approach to accomplish this task? Please provide any additional suggestions or methods to achieve the desired outcome. Additionally, I appreciate your assistance in refining the content for clarity and correctness.

Can you please share a snip of the email which you are sending to the instance for triggering the flow ?

In Flow trigger please check if "Run Trigger" is selected as Run for every update or not. Sometime the default selection is "only once" which might be the reason why your flow is not getting triggered.
