Flow designer: not able to select the 'Output format' of Date & Time Transform for a field.

As you can see in the ss, I am trying to select the transform for field value- 'Date to String'. The moment i click on 'Select a choice' for 'Output Date format'. the popup is getting disappear and nothing is getting selected.

Can you please let me know your instance version ? This issue has been reported in Vancouver version as discussed in this post https://www.servicenow.com/community/developer-forum/transform-functions-not-working-in-flow-designe...
If you are above Vancouver version, you can try clearing your browser cache and see if it helps. Still, if you face this issue, I will recommend you to raise a support case with ServiceNow.

I am working in incognito mode. Checked with other users as well, It doesn't work
