Hi,
Why am I getting this error?
Should I run the flow as a system user or as the user who initiates the sessions?
This is a custom table but i checked and there is a create acl but im getting the error even though im running the flow as admin
Is it the scope of the flow itself?

Hi @Alon Grod,
Check the Scope for the Flow if it matches your custom table, that can be one reason.
It is could also be ACL issue with your custom table. Add admin override for your custom table ACLs and use Run as System User.

Yes, cross scope is an issue. It will provide an error unless the scope of Flow is same as your custom app scope. Create the Flow in your custom application scope. Then it should work fine.
Is your Flow using cross scope tables or anything similar? If that is the case, then make sure the table is accessible from All application scopes in Table configuration.

this is cross scope issue
Seems your custom table is in Scope A and Flow is created in Scope B
Looks like your table doesn't have Can Create Checkbox as True and ensure Accessible from -> All application scope
OR
Create flow in same scope as that of table
