Flow Designer: The ‘Request Content’ option for sending Attachments to Jira is only 'Text'

on the customer instance, I want to create an action flow to send attachments to jira, but why the options on the Request Content only have text other options do not appear?
does anyone have the same problem?

sorry I'm irritated because in your screenshot the required option is visible. Or do you want to tell us, that the marked option is not available for you? If so, which ServiceNow version do you run?

Sorry for the mistake. The picture was taken from my PDI. The option is not available in my client instance, which is Xanadu. After installing the Integration Hub plugin, the REST step option appeared. Previously, there was not even a REST step option.

basically, the Multipart option should be available. If it is still missing, please check in the application manager if all related Plugins are up to date. Otherwise raise a support ticket with ServiceNow.
