Flow designer throwing error after task creation

Hello community
I have flow designer, depending upon certain conditions it needs to create catalog task. Catalog task is getting created but if i see execution details state of catalog task is showing as error. What's happening here could someone please help me with this

Hi @anvitha ash
Do you see all the fields being populated on the catalog task created as per your configuration? Have you made use of Inline Scripting to populate any of the task field values?
It might be possible that any of the inline scripts is failing that's why the error.
