Hi Team ,

I have created flow for a XYZ catalog . 

This is my flow desinger 

I was doing testing , 

If Line manger rejects the request 

still state and stage not changes to canclled or incomplete 

Once line manager or any approvers the rejects the request it has to canclled . 

can anyone please help me here ,

I request you to please flow steps screenshots for better understanding .

Please adjust the flow as given below

 After step 5 you have to add some more steps to set the REQ and RITM state and stage values to incomplete

Hi @nameisnani 

After your Ask for Approval action, inside your request is approved if block, you need to make use of Update Record actions to update the RITM and REQ state and stage. It will not change automatically.

You can add stage so that state would be get changes.
