Flow not displaying stages

Hi all,

We have recently started to use Flow designer to build flows for our cat_items. However, on these flows the stage graphic doesn't seem to display properly

The req_item stages have been added to the flow and they appear to be working correctly as the flow progresses - it just doesn't show on the graphic. Within the RITM itself the Stage seems to display the stage value as opposed to the stage label e.g. waiting_for_approval instead of Waiting For Approval. The graphic works fine for our existing cat_items which run using workflows.

Any help appreciated.

Hi,

You can check for the stages configured in Flow Designer(here, order fulfillment and Backordered are the Flow stages)

stages configured in Workflow(here, Awaiting Approval is the WF stage)

If the answer sort out your issue, mark as Correct and Helpful.

We are not able to see the stage values in the flow. Do you know what could be the reason?

Has anyone figured out if there is a way to set them from a subflow? I know the graphical setter isn't supported. I tried updating the stage field on the record and I don't know where it is getting that list from (it's not the default RITM even though I am using the flow for a catalog item), but even if you choose something from it, it doesn't display correctly on the RITM.
