Flow not triggered if project task date changed from planning console

Flow is not triggered if the change is from the planning console.

the same flow triggers when the change is through form .

I have changed the system property com.snc.project.fire_brs_from_planning_console - to true

disabled Client Side Planning

I think it is as expected, bcz console has been designed in other way, which has many record as reference where form has direct record and flow work.

Hi @rad2

The system property om.snc.project.fire_brs_from_planning_console is only applicable to Business rules, not to the flows. I can't find any system property for flows in the official documentation.

I suggest you to raise a support case with ServiceNow for further assistance.

Hi,

This is old thread but just wanted to check if there is any solution for this case. I tried after setting com.sn.project.fire_brs_from_planning_console = true but still flows as well as business rule doesn't execute.
