Flow to create a folder using Microsoft OneDrive Spoke completes successfully but fails to create

I have a flow to create a folder in MicroSoft One drive. The follow completes successfully but fails to create a folder. While trying to analyze the output data of the flow execution details which shows an error message "

 

Invalid username or password/token", I analyzed the credentials and connections for permissions. All permissions seem to be working. Any guidance will help, I have attached following screenshots of following:

Please verify once the authentication details user name or password present in action "Create Folder", if its correct or not .

Thanks for your guidance. I've reviewed the ServiceNow Flow, and there isn't an option to define a username or password within the 'Create Folder' action itself. I also couldn't find any mention of it in the execution detail steps metadata. Could you guide me how to verify this?

Can you please check the Connection and Credential Alias for the onedrive and test the connection, if it shows successfull or not.
