For SMS Notification Service provider field does not return any results

Hello everyone,

We recetly migrate to Utah and few users trying to set SMS notification but service provider field not showing up any options for them. I have attached the screenshot of it.  

 

Here are the steps: Go to your profile > prefrences > Notifications > Click on Advanced Prefrences > Delivery Channels > SMS > Click on :

We also recently upgraded to Utah as well and had the same issue. I created a read ACL on the cmn_notif_service_provider table for our itil role and the users with that role were able to now see the Service Providers when setting up SMS Delivery Channel in Notification Preferences.

Same here, the provider field is missing on the PWD enrollment process
