For the Advance Risk Assessment in the Risk Workspace , change Risk Response step

I want to change the wordings in the Risk Response step while doing Advance Risk Assessment , I have highlighted the same in the screenshot

Can someone please help in which page I have to change , I am not able to find.

All of these messages are stored in Message [sys_ui_message] table.

So if you type "sys_ui_message.LIST", you get a list of messages, then look for your record by tying the message in "Message" column, like below:

Then , open the record and change the Message field with your desired message you want:

@Community Alums I have tried the same for Inherent assessment but it is not working. Any idea why it is not working. Below are the screenshots. Tried for both New and old assessments also.

This has been resolved after clearing the cache.
