Form Tab Hints or Label type field?

I have a custom scoped app with a custom table. My customer is asking for hints over tabs on the form in the UI. I can do this on fields but there are no options for tabs. 

Is there any way this could be done? I thought about creating a read only field and putting the text there but I figure there has to be a better way? Any suggestions?

 Apart from fields , i don't think we have an option to add hints to the Tabs.

Did you try adding annotation within those form sections?

In that way customer can ensure end users sees some text when they fill the fields in those tabs/sections
