formatting additional comments in notifications same as in request

when additional comments are added with spaces, example

in the notifications when these are displayed it is coming in the format

Additional Comments: additionalcomments1 additionalcomments2 additionalcomments 3

can we display additional comments in the notifications in the same format as it is entered in the  request?

In the mail script I have checked Newlines to HTML checkbox, it fixed the issue
