Forms and embedded list

Hi, 

I have a custom form on a custom table that does not extend task table. The custom form has embedded list.

I created a separate view on Approval table so that user will be navigated to that view but on the form view of the Approval table I am not able to retrieve the data present in different section of the form and the embedded list is not visible in the summary of the record.

How to I retrieve the embedded list of the custom form on Approval form?
