Freezing

When I try to look up sc_req_item.list, everything freezes and nothing pops up on my screen, has anybody else experienced this?

It opens for me in second.

 

Try 

 

cache.do

clear browser cache

logout n login

try in different browser

Hi @ZachOnNow   please also note that, SN restricts you to one transaction per session.  If you are running a long running report in another tab, then activity in the current tab will wait for the already running transaction (in the other tab) to complete.
