Freezing

When I try to look up sc_req_item.list, everything freezes and nothing pops up on my screen, has anybody else experienced this?

I am really not sure, after a day and a half of it doing that it just started working again.

Please clear the cache.do 

and 

clear browser cache

logout n login

try in different browser
