From HR Agent Workspace, How Do I Get to Configure Form Design?

I'm a System Administrator and HR Administrator, working in the HR Agent Workspace...

I want to configure which fields appear on one of the forms in that workspace.  And the order of the fields...

I know I can set my Application Scope to "Agent Workspace for HR Case Management" and then get to the Form Design (or Form Layout or Form Builder) tool by first opening the record in the "Platform UI", like this:

And then I can change my View to "Workspace UIB" and then make field changes, like this:

But it seems like there should be an easier way to get to Form Design, directly from the HR Agent Workspace.  I'm not seeing an option for getting there from the Dot Dot Dot menu:

Should I be seeing something there?  Am I missing something?

Yes, the three dots are not fields; they are extensions to the form, and the options you see are UX actions. Could you please explain what you're trying to achieve? This way, we can better assist you and guide you accordingly.

Thanks.  I already explained exactly what I'm trying to achieve.  I'm trying to configure what fields appear and don't appear on the form in HR Agent Workspace.  And the ordering of those fields.
