FSM: How to push work order task to dispatcher workspace panel

Hi Team,

I am new to FSM, just installed plugins for FSM. And there are few work order task as below:

but these are not showing up in dispatcher workspace:

.

How to push work order task to dispatcher panel ,do need to manually run any flow. Please suggest.

You need to set FSM up.
First of all you need a user (dispatcher)
this user needs to have the role wm_dispatch. Since you have access to the dispatcher workspace this part is already done. This user (dispatcher) needs to be part of a so called Dispatch Group.
The DispatchGroup needs to come with the Group Type = wm_dispatch

Then you need an Agent with the role wm_agent. This user needs to be part of an Agent Group. The Agent Group comes with the Group Type = wm_work.

Then you need to setup an relation between these 2 groups - so called "assignment group covered" [table: sm_m2m_group_dependency].

Finally on the task you just need to assign your Dispatch group to the "Dispatch Group" field on the task. And the task should be in the state pending dispatch

Then you should see it.
