Full Scan Stuck at Loading

Hello Everyone,
I'm trying to run a Full Instance Scan but It eternally gets stuck at Loading. I check progress workers but nothing is stuck, I tried other users and even going suite by suite but nothing as soon As I start a Scan it gets stuck at Loading.
Has anyone encountered this before? Please Advise. and Thank you for your time.

- Type cache.do into the Application Navigator search bar and hit Enter to flush the instance cache.
- Clear your browser cache and perform a hard refresh, or test in an Incognito/Private window
- "Open the Scan Result record, and copy the "progress_id" value (for example look at the XML). Then within the Progress Worker table [sys_progress_worker], search for a record with sys_id being the progress_id and its status".
