Hello Everyone,

I'm trying to run a Full Instance Scan but It eternally gets stuck at Loading. I check progress workers but nothing is stuck, I tried other users and even going suite by suite but nothing as soon As I start a Scan it gets stuck at Loading.

Has anyone encountered this before? Please Advise.  and Thank you for your time.

So It was a Permission thing.

Turns out Admin is not enough, I needed scan_user and scan_admin.

Thank you all for your advice and valuable time!

Hi SerekCS,

This is a known issue with Full Instance Scans. Here are some things to try:

  1. Clear your browser cache and cookies, then try again
  2. Check if there are any scheduled jobs running that might be blocking the scan
  3. Try running the scan from a different browser or incognito mode
  4. Check the system logs for any errors related to the scan
  5. If the issue persists, try restarting the instance or contacting ServiceNow support

Hope this helps!

Now the behavior is different, I get "Error MessageNo such scan_combo record with ID: null" According to documentation we can ignore that message but the problem is that now the Scan doesnt trigger in any way.

Please advise, and once again, thank you for your valuable time.
