Funnels - Not all nodes being show when creating the funnel reports

Hello everyone!

When trying to create funnel reports in Virtual Agent Analytics, I've noticed not all the topic nodes are available to select in my topic. With missing nodes I'm not able to track the full user journey and identify key drop off points.

Is anyone else experiencing this or does anyone have a solution on how to see all nodes in the topic?

Many thanks

This issue might be because not all nodes are designed to be tracked in Virtual Agent Analytics. However, you can follow these steps to ensure you're maximizing your visibility:

1. Make sure you have the correct roles: To view Virtual Agent Analytics, you need the sn_va_analytics.basic role. To configure Virtual Agent Analytics, you need the sn_va_analytics.admin role.

2. Check the node types: Only certain node types are tracked in Virtual Agent Analytics. These include: User Response, Choice, Script, API, and Transfer to Agent nodes.

3. Verify the topic is published: Only published topics are tracked in Virtual Agent Analytics. Make sure the topic you're trying to track is published.

4. Check the data collection: Data collection for Virtual Agent Analytics starts when you activate the plugin. Any conversation data before activation is not included.

5. Use the Funnel Analysis: This report shows the number of users who drop off at each node in a topic. You can use this to identify where users are leaving the conversation.

6. Customize your reports: You can customize your reports to include additional nodes or data points as needed.
