Get back deleted Customer Updates from Custom update set

Hi Experts,

Severely struck by a terrible mistake. 

I have a custom update set which I was using to capture my works. Somewhere I missed selecting this update set and my developments were captured in the Default update set. I realized later and then a foolish thing that I did is merged the default update set and my custom update set in a new update set. All other customer updates present in the default update set and my update set were moved to the new one. Then I wanted to delete some of my customer updates which I did not want from the new update set but the curse of working for long hours came upon me and I accidentally deleted some customer updates of a different user. I am terrified as the UAT will start next week and then Go live. I am in urgent need of getting those deleted customer updates back into my update set.

Experts please guide me. It feels so numb.

Hi Harish,

Thanks for your concern. 

I have already been through the process mentioned in the links you mentioned but sorry to say that it would not work form me. The deleted updates in the update set has not been captured in the Deleted records or sys_audit_delete table.

Any other way that you could suggest.
