Get Notification when an article is approved or updated in a knowledge base

Hi, 

I need to implement a notification so that whenever an article in a specific knowledge base X get updated or approved the user get a notifiication.

Hi @mregragui_ext 

We already have a notification OOB for approver, check in notifications "KM: Article approved for publish"

You create a new notification for new updates on notification.
