Getting Insufficient data issue while trying to integrate servicennow to ChatGPT

Hi All,

i'm facing below issue while I am trying to integrate servicennow to ChatGPT, could you please help.

selecting model 'gpt-3.5-turbo-instruct' which I selected from API documentation

I have tried this with new account as well, but still getting this error

How can I exceed the limit? is it paid?

OpenAI APIs are billed separately from ChatGPT Plus, Teams, and Enterprise. The API has its own pricing, which can be found at openai.com/pricing.
