I have added an additional question to the Give Feedback widget on employee center -
Requirement -
When the user clicks the I can’t find what I am looking for on the feedback widget Change text Tell us more to – Have you tried search?
I achieved the additional question by editing the ExFeedbackConstants script include -
I have been told to achieve the requirement I need to do the following -
• Add a new Feedback definition record
• Add a new function to the ExFeedbackUtil script include to allow the getFeedbackConfig function to be overwritten.
Can someone please help with these steps/advice on how to achieve the requirement.
