Based on documentation glide.history.max_entries system property limits the entries displayed in an activity formatter. We have an incident with 353 activity entries and the same number of activity entries can be seen/displayed in the activity formatter. We expect that it will only show 250 activity entries since it was the value set on the said property. Is the property working? How was it able to display a number of entries beyond the set limit?
