Hi Team,
We are facing issue some users are unable to see the Global Search bar in some browsers , they are able to get it after clearing cache, Logout and login and clearing browser history.
Want to understand anything is affecting from SNOW to be checked other than role in system property glide.ui.can_search ?
Urgent one since we are unable to replicate in lower isnatances.
Thanks,
Pooja

So it's a cache issue only then.
Try raising a case with ServiceNow and they might help here.
If my response helped please mark it correct and close the thread so that it benefits future readers.

ServiceNow is terrible when it comes to caching (I at least assume you meant ServiceNow when you typed SNOW, since you are on the ServiceNow Community -> SNOW is a completely different platform and if you meant that, you need a different community).
Did you make any changes at all to ACLs, properties, user criteria or something like that? Because those are all cached and you either need to clear the instance cache after deploying that, or have users log out and back in again.
And: if it's something urgent affected your PROD instance, it's always best to log a case with NowSupport immediately.
Please mark any helpful or correct solutions as such. That helps others find their solutions.

is this happening in all the browsers?
Did you ask those users to clear instance cache using cache.do and then logout and login again?
Did you recently upgrade?

Hi @Ankur Bawiskar , It was with Chrome browser before but users encountered it with Edge too. Sometimes clearing cache and logout and login is helping the users but its so annoying for users to do it again and again as workaround.
