Global search not finding custom table

Hello community,

I have a custom table that has a field that acts as unique number identification, it has XY prefix and 7 Numbers.
I followed the steps here Solved: Global Search adding custom table - ServiceNow Community but when Im trying to use the number I dont get anything back " No Results Found ". Has anyone tackled this before?

The custom table has its Own Application. I created Search Profiles in that application and m2m_search_context_config_search_source.list in the Specific application.
when I check the Text Index, I find the table but has 0 as unique identifiers.
