Hi Everyone,
I am directly coming to my question that is, we have recently upgraded our Prod instance from Utah to Washington D.C. After this some of the users are facing an issue with the Global Search. Let me explain it with an example, suppose if we paste any incident, change, or task number in global search and hit enter it will either take us to the exact record or it will give some list of options in right side. But my concern is some users are not able see nothing after hitting enter but before hitting enter the record is coming as a pop-up but the functionality of hitting enter should also work right. Before upgrade it works fine but after upgrade it's happening like this.
Note: I have checked that users has the required roles like ITIL, snc_internal as well.

Hi @SaiVasanth
I observed this in my PDI and unfortunate no solution I found and reset my PDI and its work fine now. I may suggest, try to see if any plugin related to this need a repair or last log a Now support case.

Hi @SaiVasanth,
were you able to manage you problem?
We facing something similar. If you enter something into the global search field and click on View results instead if the exact match record then a list is coming up with all the results in different table. For the non admin user it takes ages to complete the list or gets never completed and screen is still loading. For admin user the instantly see all results.
