Good List of Tables with description as to purpose

I'm looking for a list of the Tables in SN hopefully with a description of what their purpose is.

The reason is that we would like to provide information to Citizen Developers on what possible tables are available to try and use them first (i.e. and inherit) instead of creating custome tables.

I'll answer my own question.

It's not 100% all tables, however it does include a list of the commonly extended tables.
