Hello @NarendraK259256 ,
The sn_grc.business_user is the full operator/standard licensable role in ServiceNow IRM, while the sn_grc.business_user_lite is a restricted, lower-cost Lite Operator role.
So the full operator one is :
- sn_grc.business_user counts as a standard IRM Operator under ServiceNow licensing.
- The _lite version requires a separate Risk Lite Operator entitlement and store application.
Also Refer this :
Does the GRC Business User Role(sn_grc.business_user) consume a license in ServiceNow?
If my response helped mark as helpful and accept the solution.
