I installed the GRC Plugin, yet it is not available in the Application Menu, any idea as to why this would happen?

Hi Richard,

Popped over to your system.   Looks like you activated GRC core and not "IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (ITGRC)".   Just as a warning UCF import will not work until patch 4 by default since the UCF folks decided to play where's Waldo with the quarterly file.   You can set the following GRC properties to make it work with the version you have:

URL of UCF Website: https://ucf.unifiedcomplaince.com

File path to UCF XML documents relative to UCF URL: protected/releases/XML

Thanks Tony for mentioning the Instance help space.   I would not have seen this otherwise.   You get a like from me!

HI Richard,

What instance did you activate it on?   Want to take a peek at the version.

Tony, sending it to Instance Help only makes sense if it is a Personal Developer Instance.   Richard, if it is a personal developer instance, do I have your permission to look at it?

Patrick, yes it is a personal instance, (https://dev15244.service-now.com/navpage.do) and you have my permission to look. The problem is I have seen this before when activating it in FUJI. Additionally, I imported an XML for for Policy, to get it to add the module. So you will see it in the Nav Bar, with just policies.

Thank you. I missed it in the list.
