I installed the GRC Plugin, yet it is not available in the Application Menu, any idea as to why this would happen?

Hi Richard,

Popped over to your system.   Looks like you activated GRC core and not "IT Governance, Risk and Compliance (ITGRC)".   Just as a warning UCF import will not work until patch 4 by default since the UCF folks decided to play where's Waldo with the quarterly file.   You can set the following GRC properties to make it work with the version you have:

URL of UCF Website: https://ucf.unifiedcomplaince.com

File path to UCF XML documents relative to UCF URL: protected/releases/XML

Really easy to do Richard.   In fact, I did the same thing during Fuji Development.   I get why the team did it since they could share some of the awesome things they did like manual attestations.   I just search for "* ITGRC" which lands me at the correct one.   I think I'll tell the product doc folks to add that to the wiki.

That would be helpful, again thank you

Hi Richard,

Because your post wasn't a Product Issue I went ahead and converted it to a Discussion to ensure it gets the correct visibility.

I am facing this issue in my developer instance. I am using Helsinki (https://dev24594.service-now.com/). I have activated all GRC plugins and I do not see IT GRC plugin in the list.
